1 Hour Session £25.
Block Bookings receive a 10% discount when paid in advance:

No matter what shape, size or age you are, I will take your lifestyle into consideration and tailor a unique & fun programme designed specifically for you.  I will give you the motivation you need to ensure that you not only achieve results quickly, but you are also able to maintain them.

Based in the beautiful village of Lesbury / Alnmouth in Northumberland (Approx. 3 miles East of Alnwick); I can work with you at various locations to suit your needs and of course, where you would feel most comfortable.  You may wish to meet at the Local Beach in Alnmouth for your session or prefer me to come to your home or use the Fully Equipped Facilities at Alnwick Squash Club – the choice is yours or you may wish to do a mixture of all three to add some variety to your sessions.

I will constantly re-evaluate your performance and fitness levels to help see yourself improve and together we will set goals, always bearing in mind the lifestyle alterations you will be undertaking.

Equipment I use consists of Free Weights, Swiss Ball, Body Bars, Boxing Gloves & Pads, Steps, Kettle Bells and a lot more.
